Salary: $85,000-$100,000+ annually (including OT + Commission ($20,000-$27,000 guaranteed first year)
Requirements: Strong electrical and mechanical skills; no issues driving locally
Travel: Primarily local travel by car within the assigned service area; overnight travel as needed

We are seeking a customer-focused Field Service Technician to join an established industrial equipment manufacturer. What You Will Be Doing

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial marking, coding, and labeling equipment
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation-related issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance
• Complete service reports and provide technical support

What You Need for This Position:

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Experience with industrial equipment, packaging equipment, or automation systems preferred
• Ability to drive locally; majority of travel allows technicians to stay home, with occasional overnight travel required
• Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach to service work
