Field Support Engineer

The Field Support Engineer will provide hands-on technical expertise for mission-critical customer environments, specializing in Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Linux administration, and cloud-native infrastructure. This role combines advanced systems engineering with direct customer support, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of complex enterprise platforms. You will manage cluster operations, support virtualized and containerized workloads, and troubleshoot infrastructure spanning servers, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies. Working closely with customers, internal engineering teams, and technology partners, you will resolve complex technical issues and drive effective root-cause analysis. You will also contribute to datacenter deployments, platform validation, automation, and operational readiness in environments where reliability and security are essential.
