Financial Analyst

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years of experience in finance in a accounting heavy role
• Experience with budget preparation/development and financial analysis
• Experience researching account variances and monthly variance analysis
• Experience working with intercompany entries, Journal entries, Tax ID changes etc.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles and their

Day-to-Day:

• The Financial Analyst II will support the Budget Manager with the preparation and management of operating and capital budgets. This person will work directly with management to assist with budget development, research account variances, review monthly variance analysis, and analyze financial trends that could impact budget needs. The role will be heavily focused on budgeting, financial/accounting analysis, variance research, and supporting leadership with accurate financial information.
