Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

Seeking a senior-level FP&A Lead to support a multi-company group. This is a high-level individual contributor role with no direct reports, responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, consolidation, cash flow analysis, and process improvement across multiple businesses and locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Develop short- and long-term cash flow forecasts and financial models.
• Consolidate financial results across multiple entities and locations.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and leadership to provide actionable financial analysis.
• Support acquisition integration, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation, and financial systems.
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting efficiency, KPI visibility, and data accuracy.
• Support ERP integrations and financial systems/process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive FP&A, finance, or accounting experience.
• Strong FP&A, financial modeling, forecasting, and cash flow experience.
• Experience supporting multi-entity/multi-location organizations.
• Advanced Excel and ERP skills.
• Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting.
• Manufacturing experience highly preferred.
• CPA, CFA, or CMA preferred but not required.
• Power BI, Marquee, and/or QuickBooks experience is a plus.
