Role Summary: Responsible for leading financial reporting and general accounting functions for US operating sites and corporate entities.

- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Oversee technical accounting research to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Ensure audit compliance and facilitate audit processes.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the accounting team to enhance performance and capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting standards.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with financial statement preparation and review.
- Ability to oversee technical accounting research and ensure audit readiness.
