The Role

We’re looking for a founding engineer to build the infrastructure that allows agent swarms to continuously improve without retraining their underlying models.

What You’ll Build

• High performance distributed agent systems in Rust

• Persistent memory and shared knowledge infrastructure

• Multiagent debate, verification, and autonomous correction

• Evaluation harnesses that identify failures and validate improvements

• Adaptive planning, tool execution, and swarm coordination

• Enterprise intelligence systems that keep sensitive data local

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Rust and distributed systems engineering

• Experience with LLM agents, memory systems, and evaluation frameworks

• Understanding of autonomous experimentation and optimization

• Ability to translate ambitious research ideas into production infrastructure

• Independent thinkers willing to challenge conventional AI approaches

We’re not looking for someone to train a bigger model. We’re looking for someone who believes intelligence can emerge from the system around it.
