The Cargo Security team has the opportunity and responsibility to make decisions in the best interest of TQL when it comes to evaluating high risk scenarios/fraud & theft prevention. What you’ll be doing:

• Review and complete TQL fraud preventative audits
• Manage carrier’s loading status through risk assessments
• Assess and problem solve situations brought by the Sales, carriers, or external parties
• Document review findings in TQL’s proprietary tracking system
• Communicate internally and externally on investigations
• Assist in reviewing high risk customers and commodities
• Support all functions of Op Sales including external compliance, fraud and theft prevention, and cargo risk management

What you need:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to evaluate information, identify potential risks and make sound business recommendations
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Interest or experience in risk management, insurance, compliance, transportation, logistics or freight is a plus
• Self-motivated and dependable
