Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour, depending on experience. Higher pay may be offered to qualified candidates with strong Marriott experience.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Salt Lake City Downtown is seeking an experienced and dependable Front Desk Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who understands Marriott standards, knows hotel operations, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.

Marriott experience is required. We are looking for a candidate who can confidently work with minimal supervision, take ownership of their shift, and consistently go above and beyond for guests and the hotel.

• Previous Marriott hotel experience required
• Experience using Marriott property management systems (FOSSE, MARSHA, LightSpeed, or similar Marriott platforms)
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations and guest service standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality from check-in through check-out
• Process reservations, room assignments, and guest requests accurately
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest billing
• Promote Marriott Bonvoy enrollment and hotel services
• Maintain Marriott brand standards at all times
• Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
• Answer phones, emails, and guest inquiries in a timely manner
• Assist with daily hotel operations and other duties as assigned
