Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills across frontend and backend development, experience working with databases and RESTful APIs, and the ability to independently develop and deliver application features.

This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, IT Development Manager, Principal Developer, Infrastructure team, understanding functional requirements, understand technical solutions/designs , and code scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.

We are looking for a developer who takes ownership of assigned projects, demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, and is comfortable working with modern development tools, cloud technologies, and AI-assisted development platforms.

This role includes Production hyper care / active support also. 60% Hyper care, 40% developing new features.

Full Stack Application Development

• Work with IT Manager & Principal Developers to Develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications
• Build responsive, interactive, and user-friendly interfaces using Angular framework.
• Develop backend services, business logic, and RESTful APIs using technologies such as .NET, Node.js, or Python.
• Design and implement integrations with internal applications, enterprise systems, and third-party APIs.
• Develop reusable components and maintain consistent application architecture.
• Write efficient, secure, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Assist in modernizing legacy applications and migrating applications to cloud-based platforms.
• Develop and maintain unit tests and integration tests.
• Troubleshoot complex application and production issues.
• Work with Git-based source control and branching strategies.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Assist in application deployment, configuration, and monitoring across development, testing, and production environments.
• Maintain technical documentation.

Database Development & Integration

• Design and maintain relational and NoSQL database structures.
• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and data-access components.
• Optimize database queries and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Implement data validation, error handling, and data integrity controls.
• Support data integration between multiple applications and systems.

Collaboration & Project Delivery

• Work directly with business users, analysts, and IT team members to understand requirements.
• Independently manage assigned development tasks and deliver within agreed timelines.
• Provide technical input for effort estimation and project planning.
• Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Communicate progress, technical challenges, and potential risks effectively.
• Collaborate with other developers, IT team members seamlessly.
• Strong ownership and accountability for assigned work.
• Excellent debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
• Strong attention to application performance, security, and code quality.

• Responsive design and modern UI frameworks.
• Component-based frontend architecture.

Backend & API Development

• ASP.NET Core Web API, C#, or Node.js.
• Entity Framework Core or other ORM frameworks.
• REST API design and third-party system integrations, Cdata.
• API authentication using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, or JWT.

Database Technologies

• Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization.
• NoSQL databases such as Amazon DocumentDB.

Cloud & DevOps

• Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Azure App Service, Azure Container Apps, or AWS container services.
• Docker and containerized application deployments.
• GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or other CI/CD platforms, Containers, Kubernetes.
• Cloud configuration, logging, and application monitoring.

Enterprise Application Integration

• Experience integrating applications with enterprise systems.
• Working knowledge of API gateways, middleware, or integration platforms.
• Experience with cloud-based databases, external APIs, data services, Serverless functions/ Lambda

AI-Assisted Software Development

We encourage the effective use of modern AI-assisted software development tools, including GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms, to improve development efficiency and accelerate solution delivery.

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to:

• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Independently review, understand, and validate AI-generated code.
• Identify and correct security vulnerabilities, performance issues, and architectural weaknesses.
• Refactor AI-generated prototypes into maintainable, production-ready applications.
• Apply sound software engineering practices regardless of how the initial code was created.
• Evaluate when AI-generated solutions are appropriate and when custom engineering is required.
• Ensure proper testing, source control, documentation, and deployment practices for AI-assisted development.
• AI-generated code must meet the same quality, security, and maintainability standards as traditionally developed code.
