About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with a strong back-end development focus to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with React, GraphQL, and BigQuery, along with the ability to analyze requirements, develop implementation plans, and deliver reliable solutions in an Agile environment.

This role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, experience navigating large codebases, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance applications using React and back-end technologies.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot GraphQL integrations and APIs.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and work with BigQuery to access and expose data across systems.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare detailed implementation plans before starting development.
• Present implementation approaches, discuss technical changes, and align with the team on next steps.
• Navigate large codebases using GitHub and Sourcegraph to understand application behavior and dependencies.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, local testing, and integration testing before production releases.
• Support system integrations, database connectivity, and centralized authentication/Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Document requirement gaps, edge cases, dependencies, and technical decisions.
• Collaborate with product, design, and IT teams to deliver quality solutions within sprint timelines.

🔹 Required Technical Skills

1. React – 5–7 years of experience.
2. GraphQL / Back-End Development – 5–7 years of experience.
3. Google BigQuery – 2–3 years of hands-on experience.

Additional Technical Requirements

• Experience with Go, Node.js, and/or Python.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Proficiency with GitHub, including branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Experience using Sourcegraph or similar tools to navigate large, complex codebases.
• Understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, SSO, and centralized MFA.
• Experience with local development, debugging, and end-to-end integration testing.
• Ability to deploy and configure applications in an enterprise IT environment.
