About the Role

Talemexa is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end software features across frontend interfaces, backend services, and database systems. In this role, you will take ownership of features throughout the development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and designing solutions to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of full stack development experience, strong JavaScript or TypeScript skills, and practical knowledge of modern frontend frameworks, backend technologies, and database systems. You should be comfortable building user interfaces with React or Angular, developing APIs with Node.js, Java, or Python, and working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Experience with Docker, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows is important, along with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive user interfaces using React, Angular, or related frontend technologies.
• Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Node.js, Java, Python, or other relevant technologies.
• Develop reliable application features that connect frontend components, backend services, and database systems.
• Design, implement, and maintain database schemas to support application functionality and performance.
• Perform database migrations while maintaining data integrity and application stability.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including technologies such as MongoDB, based on project requirements.
• Write automated unit tests and integration tests to improve code quality and application reliability.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across the frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Use Git and established development workflows to manage code changes and collaborate with team members.
• Build and maintain deployment workflows using CI/CD tools and container technologies such as Docker.
• Deploy application features, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver business requirements.
• Take ownership of assigned features from initial planning through production deployment and ongoing support.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3–6 years of professional experience in full stack software development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience developing frontend applications using React or Angular.
• Familiarity with backend development using Node.js, Java, or Python.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs.
• Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Practical experience with database design, schema migrations, and data management.
• Familiarity with automated testing, debugging, and code quality practices.
• Understanding of Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of application deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
