Full Stack Engineer

Duration: 12+ months

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and cloud-native applications, preferably using Go.
• Own services through design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Build and support high-throughput APIs and microservices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps process improvements.
• Deploy and troubleshoot cloud-based services using AWS or Azure.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to deliver reliable technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of programming experience in Go, Java, Node.js, or a comparable language.
• Experience building high-throughput APIs or backend services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work without current or future sponsorship.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Go development experience.
• Experience with Envoy proxy, service meshes, routing, or load balancing.
• Familiarity with logging, metrics, and distributed tracing.
• Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, high availability, and fault tolerance.
• Experience leading medium-to-large technical initiatives.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI developer tools.
