Full Stack Engineer
Job Description
About Coriyo
Coriyo is a live performance platform built exclusively for show business: music, comedy, and theater. We help independent performers create their own shows, get discovered, and get paid, and we help audiences find them.
About the role
This is a foundational role. You'll own features end to end across the mobile apps, the API, AI features, the admin CRM, and the public site, and you'll help set the technical standards the team grows on.
What you'll do
Mobile (iOS & Android)
• Build and ship features on both platforms, from code to release
• Own the release pipeline: App Store Connect, TestFlight, Google Play Console, signing, and store review
Backend & data
• Design and build the Python API and the relational database behind the apps, CRM, and site
• Own payment flows, including payouts and artist tipping
AI & LLMs
• Build and improve Rio, our in-app assistant (LangChain tools, Claude API)
• Use LLMs in the import pipeline to enrich, classify, and deduplicate events
• Build AI-driven matching between artists, venues, and organizers
• Own prompt design, evaluation, cost, and latency for LLM features in production
Admin CRM
• Build the internal tools the business runs on: event management, producer payouts, refunds, customer support, and moderation of imported events
Landing page & web
• Build and maintain coriyo.com (Next.js + Payload CMS) so content can be updated without engineering help
• Own SEO, performance, and conversion
Infrastructure
• Deploy and operate the API, website, CRM, and import jobs on Google Cloud
• Set up CI/CD, monitoring, and alerting
What you bring
• You've shipped production apps on both iOS and Android
• You've built backend APIs on a relational database (Postgres or similar)
• You've worked with payments or financial logic where correctness matters
• You've built features on top of LLM APIs and know their failure modes (hallucination, cost, latency)
• You use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) daily to ship faster
• You're comfortable working across the stack without a spec for every task
Nice to have
• Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Scheduler, etc.)
• Python (FastAPI/Django) and TypeScript/Next.js
• Stripe or another payments platform, including payouts
• Wallet passes, push notifications, deep linking
• Agent frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph), tool calling, RAG, or evals
• Ticketing, events, or marketplace products
What we value
• An owner's mindset: you think about revenue, cost, and the user, not just the ticket
• Willingness to switch hats as priorities change
• Shipping small, often, and reliably
• Clear, direct communication
