Senior Full Stack Engineer

A premier technology firm known for delivering advanced software solutions to both government and commercial sectors is seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for the end to end development of high performance applications. You will write clean and efficient code using C# and .NET Core while ensuring seamless user experiences across various platforms. The position involves designing complex database structures, implementing cloud native features, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines within an agile framework.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and test high quality software using .NET Core best practices.
• Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
• Architect cloud solutions leveraging AWS to improve system scalability and security.
• Build responsive user interfaces with a focus on cross browser compatibility and modern web standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and determine the best technical path forward.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
• Manage deployments and software delivery through Azure DevOps and Git.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and contribute to a fast paced delivery cycle.

Candidate Requirements

• Seven or more years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Deep proficiency in C# and the .NET Core ecosystem.
• Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically Angular in enterprise settings.
• Strong background in database design, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud services and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and modular development.
• Ability to map out business process workflows and apply UX design principles.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, though equivalent experience will be considered.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Experience with OutSystems development in an enterprise capacity.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of TypeScript, Kendo UI, or ASP.NET MVC.
• Exposure to Large Scale Scrum agile practices.
• Familiarity with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch.
• Current Security Plus certification is a significant advantage.
