About the Role

Kforce is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a client in Orlando, Florida. This remote position will focus on designing, developing, deploying, and supporting scalable SaaS applications across front-end and back-end systems.

The engineer will work with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment, contribute to engineering best practices, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support SaaS applications as part of an Agile, scaled engineering team.
• Develop and enhance full-stack solutions using Java and Angular.
• Lead by example through code reviews, technical guidance, and mentoring junior engineers.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation using GitLab.
• Support system reliability, performance, and scalability in AWS environments.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Promote continuous improvement, documentation, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level experience as a Full Stack Engineer working with Java and Angular.
• Hands-on experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior developers.
• Experience using GitLab for source control and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Must be legally authorized to work without visa sponsorship; sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools, such as Amazon tools.

• Compensation will be determined based on factors including education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs. The pay range may be modified in the future.
