Compensation: $215,000–$290,000 per year

We are hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer for an AI technology company building voice automation products for customer support, sales, and recruitment.

This role involves working closely with the founding team to build scalable systems, develop customer-facing features, and take ownership of products from architecture through deployment.

Mandatory Technical Requirements

* 5+ years of balanced, hands-on full-stack software engineering experience, with recent coding experience.

* Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.

* Strong backend skills in Python, Node.js, and AWS.

* Deep knowledge of distributed systems and backend architecture.

* At least 1.5 years of experience working at VC-backed startups.

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from a top-tier university.

* Strong engineering ownership, collaboration, and experience delivering features end-to-end.

* No qualifying VC-backed startup experience.

* No relevant bachelor’s degree or the required educational background.

* Insufficient hands-on experience across both frontend and backend engineering.

* Multiple employment stints of less than one year.

* Primary professional experience in banking, fintech, financial services, insurance, or travel.

Employer exclusions: Candidates from Intuit, Capital One, and Bank of America are excluded. PayPal and Coinbase are exceptions to this industry exclusion.

Working Hours and Location

* Monday–Friday: 9 AM–9 PM, working on-site.

* Sunday: Remote work.

* Candidates must be willing to work this schedule and be based in, or relocate to, Redwood City, California.
