Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications with a focus on both client-side and server-side development.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to industry standards.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Develop testing protocols and conduct deployments and routine maintenance of applications.
• Participate in the Agile development process, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in full stack development or in related roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
• Solid experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong back-end development skills with experience in server-side frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails).
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience working with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
