Full Time Deli Associate

Role Overview

This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli products to support store profitability and enhance guest experience. It requires adherence to safety, food safety, and guest service standards, along with teamwork across departments. Responsibilities include preparing deli items per plan, labeling, merchandising, rotating stock, communicating needs, and following safety and cleanliness protocols. Additional tasks may be assigned based on operational needs.

Qualifications & Skills

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (preferred), with at least one year of retail or related experience preferred. Essential skills include basic math, reading, comprehension, and attention to detail. Physical requirements involve lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, and working in varied environments. Basic communication skills are necessary for task coordination and safety adherence.
