Position Overview

SAGE IT is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Azure Cloud Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. This full-time remote position will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement rigorous testing strategies tailored for Azure cloud applications. Job Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans for Azure cloud applications.
• Develop automated tests to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve defects during the software development lifecycle.
• Perform performance testing to ensure applications meet required SLAs.
• Document test results and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to align on project deliverables.
• Stay updated with Azure cloud services and testing best practices to continuously improve testing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in testing cloud applications, specifically in Azure environments.
• Strong proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Solid understanding of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
