Job Description
The Lead Sales Associate plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized store with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Their responsibilities include assisting customers in finding merchandise, operating the cash register, stocking and rotating products, and cleaning the store.
They provide superior customer service leadership, greet customers, and handle transactions efficiently.
Additional duties involve unpacking merchandise, building displays, setting up sidewalk displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.
They support the implementation of planograms and may perform managerial tasks such as opening and closing the store or acting in a leadership capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
Qualifications and Skills include strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to perform multiple roles within the store environment.
