Bella Vita is seeking an experienced and decisive Sales Director to lead our Green Hills boutique. This is a full-time leadership role responsible for the day-to-day sales floor, team, and cash wrap operations, with a clear focus on achieving sales goals while delivering the gracious hospitality our guests expect.

As the primary point of contact for the sales team, you'll set the tone each day and ensure the store runs smoothly from open to close.

What You'll Do

• Prepare the store and team for a strong opening each day, with a focus on exceptional guest service from the moment the doors open
• Oversee closing procedures, including accurate sales reporting and proper cash wrap handling
• Maintain a consistent schedule for timely deposits and ensure all financial transactions are handled securely and in accordance with company policy
• Cover shifts as needed when team members are unavailable, ensuring uninterrupted service and smooth operations
• Coach, rally, and support the team to create a positive, motivated environment that drives performance

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing a boutique sales floor or retail environment (strongly preferred)
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• The flexibility to adapt quickly and prioritize effectively
