Overview

Lumenalta is seeking a Senior GCP DevOps Engineer who will be pivotal in optimizing our cloud infrastructure and enhancing our CI/CD processes. Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and management processes using CI/CD tools.
• Collaborate with software development teams to streamline the build and release processes.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with best practices for security and data governance within cloud environments.
• Conduct capacity planning and performance optimization for cloud applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent.
• Proficient in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of network fundamentals and cloud security principles.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
