Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate LPN/LVN to provide high-quality nursing care in a luxury senior living community.
- Deliver direct bedside care, administer medications, and monitor chronic conditions.
- Support healthcare providers with treatments and procedures.
- Educate residents and families about health and care plans.
- Accurately document all care activities in the EMR system.
- Promote safety, infection control, and adherence to healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and caregivers to develop individualized care plans.
