Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide compassionate, patient-first direct nursing care to senior residents in an on-site healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform nursing assessments and develop/implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to clinical standards.
  • Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support rehabilitation goals.
  • Accurately document patient care and clinical observations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and follow established safety practices.
  • Educate residents and families on care plans, treatment, and health guidance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Current RN licensure and strong clinical nursing skills.
  • Ability to assess patient needs and respond to changing conditions.
  • Effective communication and teamwork with care team members.
  • Strong documentation skills and commitment to compliance.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach with family-centered care.
