Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design solutions for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and web assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design concepts.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all visual platforms while adhering to established brand guidelines.
• Edit and optimize images for various formats and channels, ensuring high-quality visual output.
• Prepare and present design concepts, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the creative process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a contract or freelance capacity.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work across various media.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Meta experience with print and digital design standards and technologies.
