Job Description
About Hey Seven
Hey Seven harnesses agentic AI for player development. We build Seven, an agentic AI host that talks to players 24/7, in any language, and acts within the guardrails each operator sets. Seven is live with real players, online and land-based.
We're a small team, backed by Bettor Capital, the leading VC in gaming, and other strategic gaming-focused investors. Our Executive Chairman is Rafi Ashkenazi, former CEO of The Stars Group.
The founding team brings tier-one casino operations and technology experience together, and you'd join early enough to shape how the company grows.
How we work: our seven operating principles
• Excellence: we refuse to accept mediocrity. We aim to beat our commitments, not just meet them.
• Transparency: you'll always know where you stand with us. The real number, the real status, the real risk.
• Accountability: our name is on the job. Every piece of work has one owner, and when we get it wrong, we own it and fix it.
• Lead by example, act like an AI company: every one of us uses AI every day to get more done. Agents do the legwork, people do the creative thinking.
• Product-led: the product is the strategy. Growth and reputation follow from what Seven does in front of a player.
• Data-driven: we decide on real numbers, not conviction. A red metric gets explained or acted on, never ignored.
• Real, measurable value, no AI fluff: we sell incremental revenue, measured against a matched holdout, not buzzwords.
We hire people whose DNA aligns with this. The first three are our values: your DNA needs to fit all three, and we hire for all three.
Location: United States (remote).
Reports to: Tal Rubinstein, Co-Founder & CEO, and Mikhail Gaushkin, Co-Founder & CCRO, since the role covers both our online and land-based verticals.
The role
Seven earns its value one conversation at a time, and that starts when a player opts in. You work hand in hand with our customers' marketing teams to grow the number of players who opt in to Seven. You own the top of the player funnel at every live property and online brand.
What you'll do
• Grow the number of players engaged with Seven at every customer. Raising opt-in is the main number you're measured on.
• Partner with each customer's marketing, CRM and player development teams to plan and run opt-in campaigns: on property, in-app, on the operator's site, email, SMS, at the cage, the club desk and events.
• Build the playbook: what drives opt-in, what each property should run in its first 30, 60 and 90 days, and how to keep players engaged after they say yes.
• Track the funnel per property and brand, from reachable players to opt-in to engaged players, and act on what the numbers show.
• Create the materials customers use with their players, in the operator's own brand and within responsible gaming and consent rules.
• Bring what works at one customer to the next, online and land-based, so every new launch starts stronger.
KPIs
• Opt-in rate per property and online brand
• Time from go-live to target opt-in at a new property
What you bring
• 5+ years in casino or online gaming marketing. Gaming industry experience is a must.
• Experience running acquisition or enrollment campaigns at scale, and owning the results.
• You work well with client teams: you lead through influence, not reporting lines.
• Data-driven: you read a funnel and know what to change.
• Working knowledge of SMS consent and responsible gaming rules in marketing.
• You do the work yourself, and you'd rather test it this week than plan it for a month.
Over the last year, unemployment was lowest in legal jobs (1.5%) and highest in farming, fishing and forestry jobs (8.7%). For all workers it was 4.3%. Compare kinds of work →
