About The Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead our user acquisition and growth initiatives. You'll own the entire marketing funnel, from building brand awareness to driving conversions and retention.

This is a hands-on role where you'll both strategize and execute campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth marketing strategies
Manage paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
Analyze marketing data and report on key metrics
Collaborate with product and content teams on launches
Test and scale new marketing channels

Requirements

4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing
Proven track record of driving measurable growth
Experience with B2B SaaS or technology products
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
Excellent writing and communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience marketing AI or developer tools
SEO and content marketing expertise
Experience with product-led growth strategies
Technical background or understanding
Previous startup experience
