Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training)

We're looking for Health Informatics Analysts to bring their clinical data expertise to one of the most impactful frontiers in technology — AI development. Your deep understanding of healthcare systems, EHR data, and clinical workflows will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about healthcare.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work on your schedule, on your terms.

What You'll Do

Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to AI training tasks
Evaluate AI-generated clinical and operational content for accuracy, completeness, and real-world applicability
Assess health information systems, data pipelines, and reporting logic to ensure outputs are accurate and well-structured
Provide expert feedback on AI responses related to clinical workflows, healthcare terminology, and health data concepts
Create structured evaluations and annotations that help AI models learn from your domain expertise

Who You Are

Experienced working with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
Strong analytical thinker with skills in data interpretation, visualization, and trend analysis
Comfortable translating complex health data concepts into clear, structured feedback
Able to work independently and manage your own workload asynchronously
Collaborative by nature — experienced working across clinical, technical, and operational teams

Nice to Have

Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation frameworks
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare interoperability standards
Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or population health analytics
