Job Description
We are seeking a Safety Specialist to ensure a safe and compliant environment across healthcare facilities.
In this role, you will
In this role, you will
- conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- ensure adherence to OSHA, Joint Commission, and healthcare safety standards
- develop and deliver safety training programs
- support emergency preparedness initiatives
- analyze incident trends and recommend corrective actions
- collaborate with clinical and support teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- help protect patients, visitors, and staff by maintaining regulatory compliance
