Job Description

As a Home Health Caregiver on our weekend shift, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and professional care to seniors and vulnerable adults in their own homes.

About the Role:

As a Home Health Caregiver, you will work closely with our clients to provide a range of services, including:

Companion care, such as conversation, reading, and light housekeeping
Meal preparation and assistance with daily living activities
Personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming (as needed)

You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, requiring strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and assistance to clients in their homes
Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team
Meet quality standards and adhere to company policies and procedures
Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Work Schedule:

Weekend shift (days and hours may vary)

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required (CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion experience preferred)
Ability to pass background check and obtain any necessary certifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
