Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes on a PRN basis.

- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to promote patient safety, comfort, and independence

- Strong clinical assessment and wound/medication management skills
- Ability to coordinate with healthcare teams
