Role Description This full-time or part time housekeeper role involves traveling to client locations while receiving scheduling, guidance, and support remotely from the company. Day-to-day responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing rooms and common areas, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining bathrooms and kitchens. The Housekeeper will manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing as requested. The role also involves communicating with clients and the scheduling team, following agreed cleaning checklists, reporting issues or maintenance needs, and ensuring supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently. The Housekeeper is expected to maintain a professional, courteous demeanor and uphold company standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform housekeeping tasks, including laundry and basic cleaning duties, with consistency and attention to detail.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Solid Organization Skills to manage time, follow checklists, and keep spaces orderly and efficient.
• Willingness to participate in Training and to follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client sites and ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the workday.
• Previous housekeeping or professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial; commitment to professionalism and confidentiality is essential.
