Overview: Seeking an HRIS Analyst with expertise in SAP Success Factors for system administration, module support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage SAP Success Factors Employee Central enterprise application.
- Oversee configuration and support for active modules.
- Test, validate, and deploy semi-annual upgrades.
- Build dashboards and reporting to meet HR business partner needs.
- Develop user guides and conduct training sessions for HR team.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Experience in SAP Success Factors implementation and configuration.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of other HR applications like UKG and Concur.
