HVAC Controls Systems Technician Team Leader to lead a field team delivering smart, sustainable building solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead installation, programming, commissioning, and service of HVAC control and building automation systems.
Coordinate resources and work execution to maintain safety and quality standards.
Serve as a primary customer contact, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
Diagnose system problems, optimize performance, and support system improvements.
Document work completed and maintain accurate technical records.
Mentor and support technicians; drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with HVAC controls and building automation systems.
Proficiency in system programming and commissioning practices.
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
Working knowledge of safety and quality requirements in the field.
