Comfort Keepers is now hiring a part time CNA for the Avon area!
Wage begins at $18 an hour unless Certified Nursing Assistant then $20 an hour. Eligible after 5 months of employment for free CNA classes with Scrubs Academy.
Part time and full-time hours available depending on your availability.
About The Job
As an in-home caregiver, you will clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Responsibilities may include:

About The Job
As an in-home caregiver, you will clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Responsibilities may include:
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living.
- Hands-on personal cares may include assistance with dressing, grooming, incontinence, and hygiene.
- Light housekeeping includes cleaning bathroom, living areas, kitchens, dusting, mopping, linen change, vacuuming, laundry, garbage etc.
- Meal planning, cooking and baking.
- Conversation and companionship.
- Interactive Caregiving.
- Assistance with mobility that may include use of transfer tools/equipment.
- Assistance with medication.
- Dementia or Alzheimer’s care.
- Communicate with Client Care Coordinator as needed.
- Provide proper electronic documentation of shift as well as cares.
- Experience in a caregiving role.
- Must be available every other weekend and holiday.
- 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Own reliable transportation, clean driving record, 3 years driving experience.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance and comfortable driving.
- DHS and driving record background clearance.
- Customer Service Excellence, Professional Boundaries required.
