Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using Python and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to gather and clarify requirements and define project scopes.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, performing root cause analysis to minimize downtime and improve functionality.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in technology, infusing innovative solutions into the development process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on Python development.
• Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL, as well as familiarity with NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
