Position Overview

Support community feeding efforts by replenishing warehouse inventory as a Freezer Incentive Lift Operator. This role involves operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts and reach trucks, to transport, stack, and stage products, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts safely to move merchandise within the warehouse
Accurately track inventory using handheld devices
Replenish pick slots and stage finished products
Load and unload trailers following safety protocols
Follow safety procedures and handle products weighing 1-60 lbs frequently

Qualifications & Skills

One or more years of material handling equipment experience, specifically reach truck/stand-up forklift
Strong safety awareness and ability to adhere to safety procedures
Team-oriented with a passion for community support
High school diploma or GED
