Position: Registered Nurse in Inpatient Rehab
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care to adult rehab patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury.
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, manage wounds and mobility, and provide patient and family education.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure.
- Strong clinical skills in inpatient rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
