About the Opportunity:

The INSIGHTS ANALYST, CLIENT SERVICES role is focused on delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to clients within the food and beverage sector. This position supports clients by interpreting syndicated data products to create impactful business presentations and reports. The role is critical for ensuring clients derive value from the organization's products and services and for driving client satisfaction and potential growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize syndicated products to extract data and craft clear, impactful insight-driven stories addressing client challenges.
• Provide actionable insights and maintain a customer-centric approach.
• Deliver excellent customer service and conduct client training on tools and reports.
• Recommend project enhancements beyond initial requests to improve storytelling and identify upsell opportunities.
• Represent client feedback to internal teams to support product improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in market research or business insights with emphasis on client communication and data storytelling.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize diverse data into coherent stories tailored to client needs.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient communication and consultative skills for diverse client audiences.
• Familiarity with G-Suite and intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Experience in foodservice is advantageous.
• Role may align with senior-level analyst depending on experience.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000 per year, with actual compensation depending on skills, experience, and work location.
