Insurance Defense Attorney

Fully Remote – New York, NY

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from case inception through resolution or trial preparation.
Develop case-specific defense strategies for claims involving personal injury, premises liability, and other insurance-related litigation.
Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.

Qualifications:

2+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience.
Active New York and New Jersey bar licenses in good standing.
Substantial deposition experience.
Experience managing litigation matters and preparing cases for trial.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $125,000-$160,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, years of practice, and other qualifications.
