Role: Intermediate Care Unit Registered Nurse
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care for patients requiring close monitoring and complex interventions
- Assess and manage intermediate acuity patients
- Administer medications and IV therapies
- Interpret cardiac and telemetry data
- Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions
- Educate patients and families about care plans
- Support quality and safety initiatives within the team
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
- Current RN licensure
- Experience with cardiac and telemetry monitoring preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
