Job Description

Role Overview: This position supports distribution services in a warehouse environment, ensuring accurate inventory management and customer support. It involves counting bulk merchandise, adjusting inventory levels, researching discrepancies, processing returns and recalls, and assisting with physical inventories.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately counts and adjusts inventory in primary warehouse locations.
Researches inventory discrepancies and processes returns, recalls, and shipments.
Provides internal and external customer support.
Supports physical inventory counts and develops new processes as needed.
Supports procurement tasks like placing purchase orders and monitoring service levels.
Ensures compliance with policies, safety rules, and regulations, including DEA guidelines.
Performs overtime and related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; less than one year of experience.
Effective communication skills, product knowledge, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, mathematical, and attention-to-detail abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
