Job Description

Onsite in Seattle Part Time!!

Track, receive, and organize merchandise samples on a daily basis; maintain accurate logs across all three functional areas.

· Break down sample packaging and maintain a clean, organized shipping area daily.

· Manage and maintain the sample shed, ensuring samples are correctly identified, stored, and retrievable.

· Request required missing samples from the distribution center and follow through to receipt.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain precise inventory records by tracking incoming, stored, and issued materials across daily operations.

• Support assembly line production by ensuring parts and supplies are available in the right quantities when needed.

• Perform routine stock checks and investigate count discrepancies to keep inventory data accurate.

• Assist with asset inventory activities by documenting item locations, status, and quantity changes.

• Participate in annual physical inventory counts and help reconcile results against internal records.

• Monitor material movement within the facility and update inventory logs to reflect transfers and usage.

• Coordinate with operations and warehouse personnel to resolve shortages, overages, and damaged stock issues.On

• Previous experience in inventory control, stockroom support, or a related materials management role.
• Working knowledge of inventory tracking practices and cycle counting procedures.
• Ability to support asset inventory and annual physical count activities with strong attention to detail.
• Experience working in environments connected to assembly lines or production operations.
• Comfortable handling repetitive inventory tasks while maintaining accuracy and organization.
• Basic computer skills for updating inventory records and reviewing stock information.
• Ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and work effectively in a warehouse or production setting.
