Job Description
- Maintain accurate asset records within CMDB and asset tracking systems (Jira)
- Perform daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and scheduled physical audits
- Track the full asset lifecycle, including receipt, deployment, relocation, and disposal
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
- Manage stock levels, including replenishment and enforcement of minimum inventory thresholds
- Support barcode and RFID tagging, scanning, and audit documentation
- Ensure compliance with asset management and audit standards
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Perform frequent standing, walking, and hands-on handling of IT equipment in warehouse or site environments
