Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to lead dock operations at a fast-paced facility, overseeing the full lifecycle of inbound and outbound shipments. This role is central to ensuring accurate inventory management, safe equipment operation, and seamless coordination across internal teams. The ideal candidate brings a company-wide perspective, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and thrives in a dynamic environment where precision, communication, and leadership are essential to daily success.

Responsibilities

• Accept, move, and store inbound parcels and pallets arriving at the facility
• Process and organize received materials for proper storage and distribution
• Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of all incoming shipments
• Assist with the preparation and shipment of outbound parcels and pallets
• Coordinate outgoing material shipments on behalf of the team
• Operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment safely and in full compliance with all applicable regulations
• Manage dock door operations, including scheduling and coordinating deliveries and pickups
• Interface with engineers, Technical Program Managers (TPMs), and other team members regarding inbound and outbound materials
• Support internal stakeholders in locating, tracking, and shipping materials as needed
• Operate from a company-wide perspective and actively encourage cross-functional and cross-business project development

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with business software, including Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Knowledge of dock operations, inventory management, and shipping/receiving best practices
• Familiarity with PIT equipment operation and safety compliance

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Demonstrated experience coordinating inbound and outbound shipment operations
• Prior experience interfacing with cross-functional stakeholders such as engineers or program managers preferred

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification or ability to obtain upon hire

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $25/hour - $30/hour
