Inventory & SAP Supply Chain Coordinator

• Job title: Coordinator, Supply Planning
• Location: Weston, FL
• Schedule: 730am to 4 pm, Monday-Friday
• Pay - $26.50/hr on W2
• Duration: 3 months of Contract with possible extension or conversion

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage STOs, stock transfers, and inventory transactions in SAP.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and material adjustments.
• Monitor service parts, FRU, and safety stock levels.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound inventory movements across plants and depots.
• Manage backorders and support material availability.
• Partner with Supply Planning, Warehouse, Service Operations, and GQO teams to resolve inventory and material issues.
• Analyze inventory trends and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with SAP transaction and inventory control procedures.
