Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, specifically in device operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of device management tools and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proven experience in team leadership and project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or similar are highly preferred.
