IT Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IT Operations Manager based in the United States.

Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise IT services supporting mission-critical government programs and essential business operations.
In this role, you will oversee daily IT operations, cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity coordination, and technology modernization initiatives.
You will work with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and other enterprise platforms to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant technology services.
Collaborating with technical teams, government stakeholders, vendors, and leadership, you will drive operational excellence and align technology solutions with strategic priorities.
You will play a key role in change management, service governance, risk mitigation, and the implementation of scalable cloud-based solutions.
