IT Service Delivery Manager

Hansen Talent Group is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager with strong client relationship management, business analysis, and IT service delivery experience. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work Tuesday through Thursday.

The IT Client Advocate will serve as a liaison between Medicare business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring technology services align with business needs, priorities, and operational goals.

Duties:

• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.

• Coordinate IT service requests, project priorities, estimates, and deliverables.

• Monitor service levels, track SLAs, and report performance metrics.

• Manage incidents, escalations, and service delivery issues.

• Collaborate with technical teams on system enhancements, process improvements, and technology solutions.

• Support audit and compliance activities, vulnerability management, and software lifecycle initiatives.

• Prepare status reports, presentations, and communications for stakeholders and management.

Qualifications:

• IT-related experience, including client relationship management and process or product improvement.

• Experience with business analysis and IT systems implementation.

• Strong understanding of IT service delivery, business processes, and service level agreements.

• Proven ability to manage client expectations, negotiate priorities, and resolve issues.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Medicare or healthcare IT experience preferred.
