Overview

The Jamf / Apple Systems Engineer will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing Apple devices and solutions within the Techmate environment. Job Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Jamf Pro for device deployment, configuration, and management of Apple devices.
• Implement and support mobile device management (MDM) solutions tailored to macOS and iOS systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to streamline the integration of Apple products into existing infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on Mac and iOS applications and systems.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve existing workflows and operational capabilities.
• Monitor system performance and security protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues on Apple devices in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Apple device administration and Jamf management.
• Strong knowledge of macOS, iOS, and related software applications.
• Experience with networking concepts and security protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or other relevant certifications are preferred.
